How soon can I receive my board?
Since we now accept orders only for boards available in stock, we will ship by courier within a couple of days after receipt of payment.

Can I view the board before ordering or collect in person?
We are a small outfit with no sales staff or showroom. However, our karom boards are available at selected online outlets and fairs, where you are more likely to get a conventional "shop" service.

Can I use any powder with the karom board?
We strongly advise against the use of any other carrom powder on our fine boards, as the abrasive content in certain powders can damage the board's playing surface. Moreover, Karom Powder is formulated to work in conjunction with our board's specially polished playing surface and enhance its smoothness over time.
