UK Carrom Club
Leagues: Here's
just an example of some of the leagues we have run with
some results and names of players.....it will give you a
clue of what we have been up to. Please check out to see
if the league you are interested in is still active!
Croydon
League
Croydon Carrom League has been
won by Mohibul Haque. Only 16 years old and his first
carrom league. On the way he has managed to beat some of
the best carrom players around. To play in the Croydon
league, which meets on the last Tuesday of every month at
the Fairfield Halls Green room, telephone Seeven Paten on

Berkshire
League
Now meets at the Old White Horse in Henley on
Thames. Good food and friendly
players. Tuition always available!To play in this league

Lincoln
League
Lincoln is, it seems, a friendly
town. Lincoln carrom league players meet at various
venues but play on a regular basis. To play in the
Lincoln carrom league get in touch with Bruno on 01522
534358. Steve Gibson set up the league in October 1996
and he is now on the move to the Lake District. Anyone in
that area wishing to play carrom with Steve and others
get in touch with Bruno who will give you the relevant
details. Lincoln league table shows some of
the famous Lincoln names.....
Sussex
League
Sussex carrom league plays at the
famous six Bells Hotel and public house in Chiddingly, a
remote East Sussex village that has been and continues to
be frequented by the famous and infamous alike. Meetings
are held on the second Monday of the month and is now in
its third season. Ram Chatlani has won it two years in a
row but it's not looking good for him just now. Telephone

Kent
League
Meets on a regular basis at the Drum

London
Venue
Covent Garden has been a site for public carrom
play for many years. Every Saturday and Sunday between
9.30 am and 5.30 pm you'll find the Karom Board Workshop
stall set up at the front of the Jubilee Market Hall.
There is always a board in play and you're welcome to
visit, try your hand and see if you can discover the
latest news on the carrom grapevine.
Brighton
Venue
There is carrom play to be found in Brighton! It's
an underground sort of game, but it's out there. Summer
beach froint markets offer carrom play and sales. Keep
your eyes open [except when making love]
